Description: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_CANNOTACQUIRECONNECTIONFROMCONNECTIONMANAGER.  The Acquire Connection method call to the connection manager ".\inst1.ServiceReportingDB" failed with error code 0xC0209303

Solution: Please follow the below step to resolve the issue.
You do it individually by clicking on the connection and editing the Connection String property, or bulk edit .dtsx files with Find/Replace.
