Cannot make a cache safe URL for "1025/styles/Themable/corev4.css", file not found. Please verify that the file exists under the layouts directory or

Cannot make a cache safe URL for “1036/styles/Themable/corev4.css”, file not found.

Issue: Cannot make a cache safe URL for "1025 or 1036", file not found. Please verify that the file exists under the layouts directory.

Cause: While using the dynamic path in a multiple languages enabled site, language Id(1033 etc) will be added to the path automatically. That cause the File to be not found

Solution: please find the below Solution for the issues mentioned.

1.    For 1025:please download the Arabic language from the below site and install.

2.    For 1036: please download the French language from the below site and install

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3411
